Mangalore Bicycle Club (MbC) had a grand event for launch of their fourth club jersey and the jersey for 2017 on Saturday at St Aloysius Campus . The uniqueness of this jersey is its customisation, printing of riders name and number printed on the back side of the jersey. This is something which the members now can flaunt about, Ganesh Nayak, general secretary of MbC said, adding the event saw majority of the members participate with enthusiasm.Kishan Bangera and Raheem Teekay , senior members and cycling stalwarts of the club launched the jersey.
“Both Kishan and Raheem are always an inspiration for the club members who keep encouraging other cyclists to pedal for fitness, health and happiness,” Ganesh said. MbC is also growing in terms of inspiring cyclists from Mangalore to take up cycling as part of their lifestyle in and around Mangalore through its year-long calendar of events and activities.
